We want you to be confident in your purchase.
Practice exams
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have answered fewer than 10 questions across all attempts. Email support with your order id.
Voucher bundles
Once a voucher code has been issued and delivered to you, the voucher portion is non-refundable (we have already paid the certification vendor). The practice-exam portion remains refundable under the 7-day / 10-question rule.
How to request
Reply to your order confirmation email or contact support directly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
